Where Can I Serve?

Worship Ministries

At each service, we gather to worship and praise Jesus Christ for who He is and for what He has done for us. Music is a big part of our worship. Our choir is very talented and presents several special programs each year that help bring us into the presence of God. We also have an active worship team ministry, which ministers each Sunday morning. Our worship band is expanding as more people begin to play their instruments for the Lord. Soloists, duets, trios, and quartets minister regularly. There is a place for you in Shiloh’s worship ministry!

Sunday School

With classes for all ages and experienced, qualified teachers who love God, Shiloh’s Sunday School is an ideal place to learn more about God, His Word, and what it means to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ. There is room in our Sunday school for YOU!

Men’s Ministries

Shiloh’s men are active outside the sanctuary, supporting our boys’ ministry, the Royal Rangers, lending their time and energy to assisting the elderly of the church with small jobs they need done, and helping to beautify the church facilities and grounds. There is a place for men at Shiloh!

Women’s Ministries

Our vibrant Women's Ministries are helping connect, equip, prepare, disciple, and mentor women and girls, as well as helping them find answers to life's complexities through interaction with others like them who really care. There is a place for women at Shiloh!

Shiloh Kids

Shiloh Kids is the ministry to our children ages 3 to 5th grade. Each Sunday, the kids gather together during the morning worship service. Each Wednesday we invite ages 3-5 to join Shiloh Kids Adventurers. And age 6 to 5th grade to join Shiloh Kids Explorers. There is a place for children at Shiloh.

Revive Youth

Revive Youth is an exciting ministry for our teens. They meet each Wednesday evening for REVIVE YOUTH! Worship, music, and the Word of God presented in a relevant and challenging way, helping our teens grow in the Lord and become strong in faith. There is a place for teenagers at Shiloh!

PrimeTimers

This is for the 50+ crowd! Prime Timers have a great time of fun and fellowship together, locally and on bus trips to places like Pennsylvania Dutch Country and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. There is a place for seniors at Shiloh!

Nursing Home Ministries

Members of Shiloh Church frequently visit nursing homes in Wilson and Elm City, bringing music and Christian teaching to a very appreciative audience. There is a place to serve the elderly at Shiloh!

Intercessory Prayer Ministry

The ministry of prayer and intercession is open to all who want to pray on behalf of others. Prayer is the powerful undergirding of all that the congregation of Shiloh Church does. The intercessory prayer group meets each Wednesday morning for a time of prayer over requests that have been turned in. The church also meets on the third Wednesday night of each month to pray. Other special prayer meetings are called as the Holy Spirit directs. If you believe in the power of prayer, there is a place for you at Shiloh!

World Missions

Each month Shiloh helps support missionaries who serve around the world. In addition, we have “adopted” more than 20 children through People to People Ministries. In recent years, we have helped establish a church in Romania and provided funds for them to complete a church facility. There is room for people at Shiloh with a world vision for God’s kingdom!

Caring Connection

Through our caring connections program, our church is committed to providing a nurturing haven for families with special needs. With love as our guide, we aim to create a supportive environment where families can find respite, community, and spiritual nourishment, fostering a sense of belonging and renewal for all.
